本文综述骨肿瘤免疫治疗的最新研究进展。骨肿瘤严重威胁人类健康，传统治疗存在局限。近年来，免疫治疗作为一种新兴治疗方法，在骨肿瘤治疗中展现出巨大潜力。本文系统介绍骨肿瘤的病理特征、传统治疗方法及其局限，重点讨论免疫检查点抑制剂、CAR-T 细胞疗法、肿瘤疫苗及其他免疫疗法的原理、应用现状和挑战。同时，文章探讨免疫治疗与传统治疗联合应用的策略，并展望未来发展方向，旨在为骨肿瘤免疫治疗研究和临床应用提供参考。

This article reviews the latest research progress in immunotherapy for bone tumors. Bone tumors are a serious threat to human health, and traditional treatments have limitations. Recently, immunotherapy, as an emerging treatment method, has shown great potential in the treatment of bone tumors.
This article systematically introduces the pathological features, traditional treatment methods and limitations of bone tumors, and focuses on the principles, application status and challenges of immune checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T cell therapy, tumor vaccines and other immunotherapies.
At the same time, the combined application strategy of immunotherapy and traditional treatment was discussed, and the future development direction was prospected. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference for the research and clinical application of bone tumor immunotherapy.
