The CAR-T cell products ciltacabtagene autoleucel and idecabtagene vicleucel have transformed the management of patients with multiple myeloma.
Here, we present a practical guide highlighting clinical pearls on the incorporation of CAR-T into clinical practice. Topics addressed include expected outcomes, recommendations for referral timing, bridging therapy, treatment complications, therapeutic sequencing, and management of relapse.
