结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（ENKTL）是一种罕见但侵袭性强的非霍奇金淋巴瘤亚型，来源于NK细胞或T细胞。ENKTL侵犯心脏的病例极为罕见。英文文献中仅报道了12例ENKTL侵犯心脏的病例。由于该淋巴瘤的罕见性，尚未确定有效的治疗策略。本文报道一例51岁中国男性结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤侵犯心脏的病例并进行文献复习。该患者接受了PD1单克隆抗体（信迪利单抗）联合一线P-Gemox方案的化疗。患者确诊后生存2个月。

Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a rare but aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, which is derived from NK cells or T cells. There are very few cases of ENKTL invading the heart. Only 12 cases of ENKTL invading the heart have been reported in the English literature. Due to the rarity of this lymphoma, an effective therapeutic strategy has not been defined.
Here, we present a case of a 51-year-old Chinese male with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma invading the heart and review the literature. The patient received a chemotherapy regimen of PD1 monoclonal antibody (Sintilimab) in combination with first-line P-Gemox. The patient survived for 2 months after diagnosis.
