外周T细胞淋巴瘤（PTCLs）是一组异质性的成熟T细胞或自然杀伤（NK）细胞罕见肿瘤。PTCLs通常呈侵袭性病程且预后不良。近年来，在PTCLs分子淋巴瘤发生机制的认识方面取得了重大进展，并且通过开发新的、更具特异性的治疗分子，未来有望实现更个性化的医疗并改善患者预后。本综述旨在提供当前结内PTCLs治疗方法的最新概述。

Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are a heterogeneous group of rare neoplasms of mature T cells or natural killer (NK) cell. PTCLs usually have an aggressive course and a poor outcome.
In recent years, significant progress has been made in the knowledge of the molecular lymphomagenesis of PTCLs, and through the development of new, more specific therapeutic molecules, one can hope in the coming years for more personalized medicine and improved patient prognosis. This review aims to provide an up-to-date overview of the current therapeutic approaches in nodal PTCLs.
